As part of Sterling Medical’s ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct and corporate compliance, it has developed a Comprehensive Compliance Program designed to comply with applicable Federal and State laws, as well as industry standards relating to the marketing and promotion of our products.
The Compliance Program is dynamic and provides for revisions when necessary to reflect changes in the company, the Compliance Program Guidelines for Pharmaceutical Manufacturers published bye the Office of the Inspector General for the U. S. Department of Health and Human Services, the PhRMA Code on Interactions with Health Professionals, and applicable law. To the best of our knowledge, as of the date of this declaration, Sterling is in material compliance with the Comprehensive Compliance Program as described, in that we have established the elements outlined and have set up procedures to implement the program’s requirements, and in compliance with California Health and Safety Code Sections 119400, et seq.
