Q: What type of medical supplies and equipment do you supply?
A: We are truly a one-stop source for all of your medical supply needs
including pharmaceuticals, surgical supplies, medical equipment, diagnostics
and casting supplies.

Q: When can I expect to receive my delivery?

A: Stock items for orders received by 2:00 P.M. will ship the same day from Irvine, California. Delivery times vary by location, however you can expect to receive your delivery usually between 2-5 working days.

Q: Is Sterling large enough to meet my practice needs?
A: Sterling Medical Products has been in business for over 15 years. We carry over 50,000 products and distribute for all of the major medical product manufacturers. While Sterling is growing rapidly as a national supplier, our corporation’s team approach from the President to the shipping personnel allows us the flexibility necessary to accommodate individual or unique needs.

Q: Is it safe to order products with a credit card?
A: Absolutely! We use state-of-the-art encryption to protect your credit card. The padlock is your notification that our shopping cart is secure.

Q: Do you have a minimum order?
A: Sterling Medical places your needs first. If you need even the smallest shipment, we are happy to provide it.

Q: What are your shipping policies?
A: Shipments are directed to your various locations by UPS Ground. Overnight and second day shipments are available for an additional charge.

Q: What happens if I need to return a product?
A: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Products not meeting your requirements can be returned by contacting your account representative at: 1-800-966-3342. We will make all of the arrangements to have the product picked up and credited to your account. Returned goods must be in their original unopened packaging and in resalable condition.

Q: What about backorders?
A: If your order is placed on backorder, you will receive an e-mail notice with an estimated time of delivery. All backorders will be filled immediately upon receipt from the manufacturer.

Q: Do I have to order online?
A: Sterling Medical provides your practice with many choices to suit your needs. We offer Telephone Sales Representatives, Outside Sales Representatives, Online Ordering, or Customized Fax order forms.

Q: How do I know I’m getting the best pricing?
A: Our established Manufacturer relationships allow us to ensure the most competitive prices available in the industry today. Our increasing sales volume continues to produce greater buying power, and unlike many suppliers, we pass the savings on to you.
